No reason really, it was what it was. The sales associate was friendly and attentive. She helped find everything I requested and showed me and I paid.

The only thing was my email address on file was incorrect and I had been shopping at that store for years. The associate did fix my email and now I am good to go.

The extended wait time was my only issue with my first Pandora store visit/experience. While I understand the COVID-19 social distancing measures adhered to by the Pandora Staff, regrettably I waited in line for approximately 30 minutes. One inside, I was greeted with professionalism and my sales associate was extremely knowledgeable and friendly during my recent visit. I will likely return to this store in the foreseeable future.

hard to see what is actually available. Store wasn't as well stocked as I am used to.

I wanted to get the free bracelet if you spent $125; however, the sales associate told me that I could only receive it if I applied for a credit card which was not true. When I realized that I could get the bracelet after talking to another sales associate, I just had to wait they did not give me the offer. It was the same day too. In my opinion, that is poor customer service.

I was not fully satisfied with my Pandora experience because the store did not have much of a variety of rings to choose from. Although I did buy a beautiful ring I felt as there should have been more of a variety. Some of the rings styles are to similar to each other and are the previous design as previous years.
