The selection of charms were slim. I was not made aware of how many shows cases. There were that offered different the charms. After my purchase I then went around and saw more choices.

The sales associates are just so unfriendly, and not that helpful. This time I had a person named Karla who appeared not wanting to be bothered. Last time I had Nia on 1/5 and she too was not friendly and helpful. Because I knew what I wanted, such behaviors did not deter me from making a purchase. I went to Annapolis and Montgomery Malls, and they KNOW how to treat customers, but the only thing is that both stores did not have the item I wanted. Columbia store needs to work on this area.

While waiting online we overheard our sales associate discussing an altercation he had with who we assumed was an earlier customer. When we entered the store he offered little to no help in finding charms. We had to ask for a booklet ourselves (wasn’t offered one) and received no help in building a bracelet in memory of our deceased mother. He told us he couldn’t clean my previously purchased bracelets (we had to ask another associate to confirm if it could be done). He also had an open but healing wound on his fingers- I was hesitant on taking items from him throughout the transaction.

Came in to make a purchase and made the purchase.

I went to buy a present for my niece and sale associateRebecca Z# 204735 was rude,not professional or helpful. She suffer from lack of assistance , I express to associate I was looking for a silver heart charm with garnet red stone I saw online and instead of her showing me merchandise she stated we have lots of heart charms ;here is a catalog and let me know which one you want so I can look for it. I basically had to go online and look for charms to purchase one because she never pull out anyone for me to see

The service was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable able the product. I completed my purchase with no problems.

I appreciate the signs on the floor letting people know to social distance, while standing in line people did not abide by the rules and left me very uncomfortable. I believe staff should ensure people follow the rules.

Manager would not honor discount code sent to my email for signing up to receive emails

I was satisfied with my visit and will probably return to make another purchase. Pandora merchandise is very elegant and I like all my jewelry purchased.
