Not all charms I wanted were available and wish pandora works create an anime charm collection

There was a 15 to 20 min wait to get into the store

Sales Associate wasn’t very engaging. It was a First experience for my 11 yr.old daughter purchasing her first piece of fine jewelry. Although, I understand Covid has changed plenty of things. The associate sat the tray of rings in front of us and just stood there. After the purchase was completed, she handed me the receipt. I had to ask her for a ring box and bag.

Some of the Merchandise that I came in to look for was not available in either locations

Order a bracelet item was to big. It was over 30 days however during that time we had very bad weather twice and could not get there atvthat time. I live 20 minutes ago and do not drive, so had to wait until someone could bring me to columbia mall. Associate was nice however jumped yhe gun to tell me i could not return the item when i had already said all i needed was a even exchanged

everything is fine but the person who attended me needs to be kinder

A very long wait, and the way you have to see the selection of charms. Wish you could see more at once to make a decision.

I didn't realize that the charms were so expensive.
