Pandora Jewelry

The sales associate was great. Nothing was her fault. Pandora has basically no non CZ silver, it's getting tacky. Gaudy. Too much is deleted from stock and too fast. No non CZ spacers. I have 6 bracelets. Used to love them Now, Pandora has jewelry way too over the top. It's garish. I spend near 1 grand on another bracelet, like the other 5 and most of what I hoped for is not in store or available. Upsetting. Get back to some basics, Please!

There was a longer then usual wait time out of the door. I did not receive an email about the 50% off promotion. There where little to no charms to select from.

The sales associate seemed uninterested in helping my daughter and I. She wasn't friendly and appeared to be rushing our visit. When we asked questions she answered but was short and didn't offer a alternative based on what we were looking for.

I am working on a rose gold and silver bracelet, and I just wish there were more options of charms. I love hearts but I feel like majority of what I have to chose from mainly in rose gold are hearts. I would also like a 2 girl charms to represent my daughters but not really in love with what is currently available.

The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about Pandora.

I already informed you all on another survey, some of the people there have no customer service skills for everyone and this isn't the first time I experience this

I asked the sales associate to clean my bracelet and charms. She noticed buildup In one and was trying to clean it but her manager was less concerned and told her there was nothing she could do and simply gave it back.

A larger selection would be fantastic. It would also be nice to have at least a few pieces more reasonably priced items- especially the charms. I realize that one is "paying for the name" however I believe sales would potentially be higher if this was at least ventured!

Bring back NFL charms. Consider line of black fraternity & sorority charms
