Ok. Yes I was highly satisfied with my experience @Pandora Saturday 8-28-21. I received an abundance of professional assistance.

It was very busy in the location I visited and there were only 2 sales associates. However they were very attentive and did their best to accommodate everyone in a timely manner.

The sale associate was not that friendly and I didn't like the idea that you had to look for the charms through the glass usually you put them on the counter but she refused to do that

I would have like to see more of an selection of charms and rose gold necklace selection. I also felt that the issue with my rose gold bracelet was just a quick fix and needs another piece to ensure the support of it not slipping off in the future.

There were two employees at the main counter working on something. However, it only requires one person. The other four employees were helping other customers. One of them could’ve asked if I needed assistance. However, I had to wait for one of the other four employees to finish before one approached. Duly, no one greeted me upon entry or acknowledged my presence.

I needed to replace an item and they did not have it in store. Otherwise, my experience was great !

The store had the items I liked. The associates were friendly The price was affordable

The manager treated a sales associates in a disrespectful manner.
