Jasmin was amazing! Cleaning and helping me purchase two items and upcoming events! Tw sales persons were extremely loud and gitty, trying to keep your focus, I hurried and left, quickly! Jasmine was truly a gem!

One of the items I wanted was out of stock. The sales agent was able to find an item to take its place.

You guys should pre set doodle designs for the engraving stuff 😁

I was waiting outside the store for about 20 minutes to enter. The selection was limited to 5 trays. Over all wasn't pleased.

We had to wait until an associate was available.

I saw a charm out on the counter and I asked about it and the sales rep said that’s not for me!

Didn’t like standing in line outside the store waiting to be served.

Ordered item online, item was shipped but then got an email saying it’s was not in the box? Called and they said item wasn’t available online anymore when I tried to re-order. Had to physically go in store. Second time that happened.

The store was so small and so crowded that I didn’t get to look at much of your merchandise, and I probably would have purchased more pieces of jewelry if I could have seen more of it.

Mmm maybe the price, I know is a excellent product, but you will have some descount or sale.
