Not necessarily but the associate was kind of snappy when I would ask a question about if something was in stock - well cut me short but overall I was clear on the purchase

I was very disappointed that there were no discounts on my purchase when you have been advertising sales. They said they ran out, but it would have been nice to offer a small discount for the inconvenience. I ended spending twice as much as I could afford.

The promotion of the additional bangle if no longer available in the area stores should still be provided to the customers either though a voucher when restocked or sent to the customer since they are still available online.

Sold out of the bracelet color I came for. Was disappointed in that.

I understand that the store was bustling with consumers but it would have been nice to be acknowledged whilst I waited for an associate. Once I did have an associate, Jennifer was spot on with her service, recommendations and patience. She's my go-to associate going forward 😊

Upon walking in the store with my fiancé. We weren’t greeted at all. Everyone else that walked through the door was. Also it took about 20 mins for an associate to actually assist us and ask if we needed help.

When I entered the store I was not greeted! I stood there with my two year old for about 5-10 mins before someone came over to me. Then the young lady that was helping me was nice but not knowledgeable about the merchandise. I told her I was in the store 3 years ago and there was a gold bracelet I wanted. She pulled a $3000.00 bangle out after she rang it up. Afterwards then she proceeded to get the correct item. I was talking about the whole time.

The sales associate that helped me, Alaina, was AMAZING!!! She was incredibly helpful and pleasant. Great customer service. I purchased more items just because I liked her. Meanwhile, the other associates were not very friendly and more interested in leaning on the displays and talking amongst themselves.

Bring back NFL, MLB, & NBA charms!!! Women love sports too!!!
