One item was not available in my size other than that I would have been highly satisfied

The sale persons are always friendly and helpful. Some times what I want may not be available but can always be sent. The sales are great when you are on a fix income and have to wait for what you want, but it is worth the wait. I wish things were a little affordable because I really love the produces other than silver.

I wasn't too pleased about the price of the rose gold bracelets increasing. The one I bought was $115, but suddenly increased to $150 when the Buy 2, Get 1 Free sale was announced. It was a mark up for no reason. Nonetheless, Brontray was great and helped me pick out my charms. Although it wasn't the total experience I was expecting as a first time customer, it was still a good experience.

I was expecting more variety in charms,Purchasing daughter 1st bracelet for her 16th. Only one style of 16th charm wasn't happy.she's a basketball & Lacrosse player and There are no charms for either sport. I was very disappointed.

Looking for a specific color and style, sales associate apparently new and spent time looking for charms. Was not sure of certain charms and had to keep asking another sales associate. Charms in the book were not available in the store even after looking online and saying that they were.

I was rushed and told more than once that they were closing (closed) since 8 pm. I asked for items was ignored then I was told they were locking up the inventory. I asked why the exactvitem was labeled 2 different prices and was told thats not the correct price and there was no price adjustment made ( you can't have 2 items the exact same with different prices and charge the customer the higher price) but she did.

Several of the items I was looking for were not available. Limited options in gold. Price of gold items are 60% higher than silver.

When I walked in no one greeted me and there was a sales associate that was available to help but I had to get her attention to get serviced. Other than that the service was great.

Would appreciate more options or selection. Clear explanation of how to care for the merchandise.
