Asked to charge to klarna and was told that if i used the same card that i did my return that it would charged to klarna. Left the store and my card was charged directly.

Nothing that I believe is too much of something that can be controlled but the structure of the “line” inside the store was a tad bit unorganized.

When I came in, I was ignored by the sales associate. No one spoke to me and I was just walking around waiting for someone to say that they would be with me in a moment. The sales associate closest to me just looked at me and did not say anything when she had a spare moment. I eventually was waited on by another sales associate who provided great service.

It was during the holidays, so I had to wait for maybe 25 minutes to get into the store. Once inside, I wanted to engrave a charm. Sadly, the machine didn’t engrave in the middle of the charm but more to the bottom of it, so my associate had to call a supervisor, then looked for a new charm and do it again. I appreciate the effort, it just took a little bit longer than expected.

Both products I went to purchase were unavailable in the store. The free bangle was not available because they said only received a small quantity. Associate was new and had to ask others questions took longer

I love my charms and link chain bracelet. Each charm has a meaning to me. I created my first bracelet because I became a grandmother. My second bracelet is from graduating with my master's. I can always find meaningful gifts. This Christmas, I brought my son's girlfriend her first charm and bracelet.

There was a wait for a sales rep, the rep wasn't able to find certain things I wanted. There was a sale so the store was crowed.

I had a credit card with Pandora and it was taken away for some unfair reason. The balance was zero. I had not used it in 6 months. Im my opinion, that is not a reson to lose a good customer. So I don’t buy regularly as I did in the past. I have never been treated this way at any other company that I have a credit account. The only way I will ever change my view is if i am given my card back. Be well.
