Love my new bracelets and will be returning in October for a birthday present

The only thing that I didn't like was the fact that I made contact with someone, was not greeted and then another associate came to my assistance. Once greeted - Kellie C was awesome.

I was disappointed because that store did not have a lot of the merchandise I was looking for.

I was satisfied with my experience it’s just the price was a little expensive for a bracelet and 2 charms , the deal 1 bracelet and 3 charms is nice but the bracelet that comes with it doesn’t look good which resulted in me having to spend more and buy individually , when I signed up last night it said I would get 10% off but didn’t apply it

Some items are over priced and over time charms break and can not be replaced. Thats unfortunate for the money you spend.

The line to get in was VERY LONG; however, an associate brought us catalogue to look through while we waited. Once inside, we felt kind of rushed, there was no time to browse.

She was very attentive to my needs; however my needs didn't require outside of the box assistance.

The sales associate spoke very low and I had to constantly ask her to repeat herself.
