My overall experience was pleasant and I left purchasing an item. The staff member was friendly and personable.

The friendliness of the associates was refreshing, the lighting and layout of the store was great.

I am highly satisfied because of the salespersons Roberto and Kelia. I am extremely satisfied with the expertise in customer service that was displayed by the manager, Ms. Kennan Hurt. I am orthopedically impaired with a life long disability known as Spastic (Cerebral Palsy) ADA. Ms. Kennay Hurt made me feel included as she helped me with my Pandora jewelry.

Associates were awesome and extremely knowledge. They were also so pretty.

I wanted the new Halloween charms and NO store had them! I was disappointed and the manager worked her magic to find them and get them delivered by the next day !!' One problem - not with the store - but with the bags to keep your bracelets in... the bags will not wirk with the largest bangles - ugh. Also I think k it is ridiculous for us to have to buy cleaning cloths!! The charms are so expensive- you would think a cloth could be provided to keep the charms looking good,

I got lucky that the ring that I wanted was the last one in the store although I would like to experience visiting another store in hopes they have in stock other options. It would be nice if your website could display the availability of merchandise at the stores.

My sales rep Kizzy at the Columbia Mall location was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable about the products. Also, she offered to put my newly purchased charms on my braclet and cleaned it.
