The sales people were extremely friendly and helpful in teaching me about real and fake Pandora products, which I had bought for my wife without knowing. They felt bad that I was deceived and gave me a discount on a purchase made that day. I now know the right place to go to for these gifts to my wife! Many thanks to the staff of the Columbia Mall Pandora store.

Dawn spent a lot of time with us. She answered all of our questions and gave us many prices of different charms. She returned damaged merchandise.

Brittany (the associate who was at the door registering customers) greeted everyone with a smile. She stated that there was not a long wait and she was absolutely correct. I did not wait more than 5-7 minutes which gave me the opportunity to look around the store. My sales associate, Diamond, was very sweet and knowledgeable of every item I was interested in. She to was very pleasant. Diamond was more than patient because I, myself, was very indecisive and could not choose anything to save my life. I really took her through it; however, she never expressed any frustration and seemed even more eager to assist me. I love the fact that each charm I wanted was in stock. Someone was available to help right away, and although the store was 5 minutes away from closing, I still received exceptional customer service from the gentleman that was helping me.
