The staff was very nice everyone spoke to my husband and I when we walk in the store. The sales associate was very nice she was able to answer all my question and was able to give me different ideas to do with my new bracelet and she also offered to clean my old bracelet while we was shopping in the store.

Associate that helped was very professional. She was helpful in making selection. She was very knowledgeable about the products.

Clerk KH! Made calls and looked all over the store to find me the last of the 2017 Club Charms. I thought this was very kind of her as she didn’t give up. Someone called and told her we’re it was and I went home happy. I wish this store kept more of the $25-35 Charms in stock also.

My experience today at Pandora Store in Columbia Mall was very pleasant. The attendant was engaging and knowledgeable. I will return to this facility next time that I am shopping for a charm
