The rep was very friendly. When I asked her opinion she gladly gave it, she was the same age as my daughter, and it was very helpful. She was very sweet and patient with me.

The store was quite busy due to the sale/promotion you were having. The very pleasant associate took my name and placed me in a line to be served. Meanwhile I looked around the store until called. The associate who helped me again was very helpful and apologetic for the short wait. She knew right away which item I wanted and ordered them since they were no longer available in the store. I like the way they take your name when you enter the store and keep track of people that are waiting. The sales attendant that took care of me was very helpful. She knew a lot about the product and was very nice.

My salesperson, Devenna, was very patient and helpful. She rearranged the charms on my old bracelet and helped me design a new bracelet for my birthday. The purchase was nearly $2,000 and I love it. I hope my purchase allowed her to enjoy a healthy commission.
