I went into Pandora for two different reasons today. My first reason was to have my damaged heart clip repaired. Since it was a fairly new release It was eligible for Pandora’s warranty. It was replaced with no issues. My second reason was to purchase the Dad charm. I had recently lost my dad and was very emotional. My sales assistant Kennay was very empathetic and offered kinds words and tissues as I had my moment. She rearranged all my charms so my dad charm would be in the center. I was very pleased when I left the store.

Grace was extremely helpful and friendly. She’s assisted me multiple times and has extensive knowledge of the product.

It was quick. I wasn’t pressured. And she was very welcoming
