Before going to the store I was browsing on the Pandora site for a very specific item. So I went to the store and asked for it, completely sure that they wouldn’t have it. But to my surprise the associate knew exactly what I was looking for and In minutes I was out of the store and happy with my purchase. My aunt will be very happy with her Christmas gift!!

I called over the phone and Kennay was extremely helpful. Upon arrival, Mario greeted and assisted me. Mario and Kennay both made sure I received the help that I needed and my jewelry looked great after the replacement charm and cleaning. I have two bracelets and one ring cleaned. And one bracelet fixed.
