I LOVE GOING TO THE PANDORA STORE, SO MANY NEW ITEMS OUT. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALWAY GOOD. VERY CLEAN IN THIS LOCATION.

The Columbia MD Pandora location has outstanding personnel, and they have the Gift Whisperer-Mario. Give Mario an idea of what you need and are looking for and he comes up with the perfect gift, making gift giving fun.

There was a long line that extended outside of the store. The line moved quickly and the staff was professional.

The sales associate Carrie was very helpful and engaging. She was willing to look around the store for what I wanted.

I appreciate that the associate (Carrie) demonstrated great customer service skills. She was very knowledgeable about the product and she also moved very quickly due to the long line of customer waiting to be assisted. She gave great ideas/ suggestions.

All the jewelry was beautiful. I was looking for a Christmas gift for my mother and found a beautiful bracelet and I’m so happy.
