This store is extremely clean and all of the associates are very nice.

I went in to the store and had a charm that was stuck on my bracelet. Mario attempted to fix the charm, but when he couldn't he gave me several options to fix or replace it. The store also honored the teacher appreciation discount from earlier in the week that I had not gotten notice of. I am a long time shopper at this store so it was nice to be appreciated.

I went middle of the week before Mother's Day. They had what I was looking for of the Mother's Day bracelet and I enjoyed interacting with the ladies in the store. I told them I was glad I came in before the store turned into "Club Pandora" aka when they have the rope and the store gets a little busier leading up to Mother's Day. I always enjoy going to the Columbia store and will continue to patronize them.

I would highly recommend due to service and guaranteed great product. My bracelet had broken, I called the store, and within an fifteen minutes of going into the store I had a new bracelet and was able to purchase support charms to keep my other charms well kepted. Love Pandora Columbia Mukeba Hart
