Jackie (#:232963) went above and beyond to restore my pandora charms that were severely rusted and tarnished. She was very patient and helpful. She provided excellent customer service and answered all my questions. Jackie was very knowledgeable about the pandora products. She really loves the pandora products and her job. She was helping out on her day off because the store was short staffed. This is a wonderful employee to have working for your company.
