Greeted immediately as I walked into one store. Eye contact with other associates along with smiles. My associate was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and HAD A VERY NICE PRESENTATION!

My sales associate Dawn D. made my birthday exchange painless. She gave me wonderful suggestions. All of my family and friends know that I love crowns and pearls, so I received 2 rose gold crown charms for my 6/17 birthday, but I already previously purchased it for myself. She was so good that, not only did she help with the exchange, but I also purchased 4 more charms. Her personality is contagious. I would like to give a hats off to Dawn D.
