Very organized store. I knew what I wanted and associate got it quickly.

My sales assistant was extremely nice and helped me choose the gifts I wanted to buy. The process was fast and she wrap everything nicely and separately for each gift.

The wait during my visit wasn’t long. The sales representative at managing the waiting line greeted everyone as they walked up to the line. The sale representative that help me was very friendly and attentive. I could tell the sales reps had a very good working relationship.

The sales person Suhaina was so wonderful helping me with my bracelet and charms. She was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable of the merchandise in the store. I was greeted when I walked into the store and never had to wait.

The sales associate who helped us was highly knowledgeable and did a very good job. She knew where to find everything we were looking for and found it promptly. The store had everything we needed and it was an efficient trip.

My sales associate, Angel was very patient with me as I looked at numerous items. I was disappointed the store did not have a ring I wanted in my size. Angel was happy to order it for me but i prefer not to wait 1-2 weeks. Overall a good experience.

I usually shop at the Columbia location. I always have a pleasant shopping experience. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. I've called several times to have them hold items for me and they are always willing to do it. I appreciate the excellent customer service I receive at this location.

I love Pandora Jewelry because every time I go the associate working there take their time to explain to me what I'm buying they are super friendly I buy Pandora Jewelry for my daughter my sister my daughter-in-law and of course for me ❤
