The associate assisting Me (Nia) was patient, kind and extremely helpful. She was suggestive but not pushy. Nia was very personable and I didn’t feel like she was just trying to get a sale. She made me feel like I was the only person in the store (although I wasn’t) and that she had all the time in the world to focus on me. Great job Nia.

I came into the store to exchange an item that was too small. The exact item I wanted was sold out but the sales person Taiyler was very helpful in showing me other options and was patient with me while I decided what things I wanted to get instead. The staff of this entire store was super friendly and helpful and made my experience great!

I have been collecting Pandora since 2010 and still gets compliments on my bracelets. Customer service is A1. I would not go anyway else.

The ladies at the Columbia Pandora are awesome. I called twice 12/25 and no one answered. I figured they were busy because it was the day after Christmas. Later that evening Bria called me back to see what I needed because she saw the missed calls. I was blown away. I felt that was going above and beyond. I told her I needed to make an exchange and asked if she could put the correct size bracelet on hold for me. It was a popular bracelet and I was worried my size might be gone by the time I got there. I couldn't go until after I got off from work. She gladly took care of it. When I got there, Suhaina waited on me. She took care of my exchange and helped with my additional purchases. She was very helpful and friendly. She was also patient. I was building a new bracelet and as trying to figure out what I wanted. I have never had a bad experience at this store. My daughter and I both prefer the Columbia location. The employees there ROCK!! They are truly an asset to the company.
