I've been to three pandora's and all of them made me wait for more than 30 minutes for assistants, i was helped as soon as i walked in and with the product in stock

The return process was very smooth, with the associate looking up my name on her tablet, finding my transaction, and just flipped the device over to process my credit card to cover the small additional cost of the new item I was purchasing. This is an impressive process, as is the process for having jewelry cleaned, which we also did during this visit.
