This was my second visit to this Pandora location and not only is the Columbia mall Beautiful but the Pandora store is like a hidden Gem inside this beautiful mall in Columbia.

As soon as I walked in, I was immediately greeted by an associate. She asked me if I was looking for anything specific and quickly located a ring that I was interested in purchasing. She asked me what size I need it and then found it for me. She was asking me if the size was okay and whether I needed to try another one on and helpfully offered another option. She then checked me out and explained the warranty on the ring and helped me sign up with rewards. Very smooth and friendly service! I was only in there for at least 5 minutes before I happily left with my purchase.
