I originally was going to purchase my items through the Pandora website, but each time I went to check out the website wouldn’t let me. And with COVID-19 I decided to call my local store and found out that they are open for curbside, they had all the items I wanted and the associate that helped me brought out multiple size bracelets so I could see what fit best. Great service and the nicest person!!

Due to Covid the mall at Columbia MD is closed. The friendly staff did a great job assisting me on the phone with my order. Curbside pick up was offered with a minimum wait & friendly service. Both girls working did an awesome job. I received gift wrap with my purchase. I’m a happy customer & my friend will love her gift.

Due to Covid the store itself was closed to the public. I called the store and placed an order, and it was delivered curbside to my car. The person taking my order, and the person that delivered it to my car were very professional.
