Our rep was patient and knowledgeable as well as very thorough. My mother got about 6 charms and she took her time and did not rush. If she was unsure she found management and asked. Collectively between my mother, myself and my daughter we spent over $500. And would do it again if we were promised her as a rep when we come back.

The employee that waited on me went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience. He did a great job scrubbing my bracelet since they could not clean it the normal way. I was not intending on buying a new charm but the friendly and clean atmosphere swayed me.

Everything was on point, I was in and out. The store associates were very cleanly and friendly, they knew exactly what I wanted and I will be returning to get another gift for my mom.
