Everyone in the store was very nice. They were good with sanitizing everything we came in contact with. And the sales girl was really really sweet

I was originally going in to browse the store and was contemplating on getting a ring or a charm. The associate was super understanding helped me find my size and let me try on multiple rings until I found the right one.

The associate Nia was very nice. Even though I came in for a jewelry cleaning which is suspended for now I brought the kit and she explained how to clean my rose gold bracelet and silver one because they require different cleaning techniques.

Mia the sales rep was very personable. She handled my exchange with ease and was able to direct me to what I needed and something that I wanted. She gave beyond excellent service.

Service was quick and rewarding with a promotional charm that I love. The bracelet purchased wasn’t available at my home store I was so happy

The sales associates at the Pandora in Columbia mall were vey helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent services and get us the answers we needed whether it was calling to another pandora or helping us order it to the store.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The store was very clean. And I like the way it was only a few people in the store at a time.

Before I walked into the store, the sales associate let me know that they had to sanitize the store since a customer had just walked out. I felt very comfortable walking in and after the took the precautionary measures to ensure my safety. The sales associate was very nice and patient with me. Overall the whole staff that was present at the time, was very nice and respectful.
