I described several charms to the sales associate Tracy and she was able to find them all first try. She was very helpful. She gave me helpful feedback on my choices.

Jenna was very friendly and took care of us quickly. Store was clean and organized. Very good. Unlikely to return in 90 days only cuz I will visit Pandora in the UK and that will suffice for next 3 months.

Tracy was aware of my medical condition and portrayed how a family member was given devastating news, that person went on to live a very long life. Her kind words gave me more hope, it reminded me that sometimes doctors don’t really know how long we have to live. Her words, keep proving them wrong. These words I will carry with me everyday. I left with a lovely charm which I love. May you know that Tracy gave me way more than excellent service, she gave alittle of her own personal experience to give me hope. Excellent customer service when my size wasn’t in stock and immediate offer to order correct size. When picking up my order the original representative who helped me with my order recognized me, mask and all. Very nice feeling of acknowledgement She was serving another customer however took a moment to say hi. Fran was excellent, knowledgeable, warm, friendly, put my charms on from my previous bracelet. She also, the only one over several visits and purchases mentioned more charms help charms to stay in place. also suggested that I mix silver and gold. Jas was incredibly helpful as I went in knowing the exact ring that I wanted and she was able to determine which one it was based on a very vague description. She was then very patient with me while I tried it on and helped me determine my ring size and the best ring fit for me as I was between sizes. Jas really made this experience enjoyable and relaxing
