The products are awesome the details in every of the jewelry is incredible

I was contacted by a staff member letting me know of the summer 2022 release and sadly I was unable to visit that day so I asked to have a few pieces set for me to look at the next day. It was really cool to see the pieces there and ready to view and touch upon my arrival.

Jenna the associate was friendly, making an effort to get to know me. She is very knowledgeable regarding the products. Based on her customer service alone, I would return to this store.

Tracy was very sweet, kind, caring and helpful to both my friend and I as we were shopping. I had never been to Pandora before but I liked it so much I made a purchase -- and promptly returned to see what else I could find.

We went to Pandora Victoria. Was greeted by Tracy. We looked around for about 1 minute then Tracy came and asked if we need any help. I said that I would like to see the Mickey Mouse 50 anniversary. Girlfriend said that she loved this item, so I bought the item. When we where done Tracy said to have a great weekend. Will be going back to see Tracy. She is an awesome sales woman.

Jenna is absolutely amazing. Her customer service is well above expectations and she remembers a lot of details about passed purchases and makes you feel like a valued customer.
