I didn’t have to wait very long for assistance. Tracy the girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and allowed me to try a few different combinations of charms until I found one I liked. The store I was at had the items I liked in stock.

Well even before we walked in the associate from the last time I stopped by she remembered me! She was on her lunch break and someone else was able to help us. She didn't judge or turn us away because of our appearance. She made being in the store inviting and she did not rush us at all. My daughter and I were able to share a wonderful mother and daughter moment in your store. Something I will treasure always.

Tracy was an awesome saleswomen. She greeted me when arrived in the store. Tracy is a hard working person. She needs a raise. Pandora is an awesome place to shop

I love the customer service at the store. I came late, but they are still gave me the best of the best service I have ever.

Tracy called me to tell me that there was a sale going on at the Pandora store in Mayfair mall in Victoria. So I went today to see what kind of sale that was on.

I appreciated the care and cooperativeness of the customer consultant during my visit. I already knew what I was looking to purchase (earrings) and was able to bring out my other gold necklaces to see if the colours matched. They did! And I was left very satisfied.

The Sales Associate, Esha or Esna G, was very helpful and kind, she helped me check the size and be sure I had the right one.

I didn’t have to wait for someone to come and help me. Tracy helped to make my shopping experience amazing. I bought more than I expected. Tracy is friendly, kind, fun. She has great knowledge about every product in the store. She made my experience incredible.

When I first arrived in the store was greeted by Store manager Tracy. She knew who I was. Tracy helped me with getting the larger one and the colour changing charm. Awesome service Tracy
