I was greeted immediately upon entering the store! Shiho approached me ready to assist. She was knowledgeable, professional & welcoming. She presented me with several options to my request plus showed me a couple of charms that would go with my anklet theme, that really impressed me!

I was very happy to find the wanted item in store. Gold items are extremely limited. Too limited. More stock please. I also love to shop online but I find that if I want to pick up at my local store, the inventory is not accurate or out of stock. Otherwise, I am happy as always with my local store.

The girl working was so nice and helpful! We chatted about the new Little Mermaid collection and she was very knowledgeable on the products and found everything I was looking for efficiently!
