The charm that i had picked wasnt readily available and looked on the system as though there wasnt any stock. The sales assistant informed me that stock had just arrived and was not yet in the system. She went to look through the paperwork and then found me the charm I was looking for. I left feeling happy that i was able to get the item I wanted to purchase for my friend. Good and friendly customer service!

An associate took to time to explain the difference between a Disney Pandora charm versus a Disney Park exclusive Pandora charm. While the charm wanted was not available in the store, the associate offered to assist with ordering online to have it shipped to my residence. Lastly, the associate explained the current sale and multiple options to complete my next purchase.

The staff is professional and helpful, the store is nice and clean. The merchandise is presented under nice glass counters, so that customers can see the wide selection available.
