I was very pleased with my visit to Pandora because of the great customer service I was provided with. The two ladies that helped me were very sweet and helped me to find all the things I needed.

I came into the store looking for the limited time snitch charm for Harry Potter and sadly they were sold out. But, the workers at the store were very helpful and were able to take my contact information and within the following few days they had received what I was looking for and put it on hold for me.
