Greeted immediately upon entering store. Clerk very knowlageable helpful and friendly. She made some really good suggestions based on the charms I had chosen. All in all a very positive experience.

Sales associate was very helpful. I was returning a defective ring which lost a crystal. As I did not have my receipt, she was very patient in locating the product in her system.
