At first, the sales associate that greeted me wasn't that friendly. She seemed like she wasn't interested in helping me. Later on, once I started to engage with her and show interest in making a purchase, she was more lively and friendly.

Store space is quite small. Crowded when it got busy.

Staff were accommodating but not so friendly. I felt like the person who accompanied me to the store would get a better treatment if she spoke good english.

The selection in store is always sold out or back ordered. I can get the items online but I like to physically see the item before purchasing it.

The shop assistant was out of thoughts about me. It was just mechanical consultation and assist. It should more engagement in this process I guess.

They often run out of the charms I’m looking for. Though St Laurent location is worst for this. There are so many rules, like you have to go back to certain locations for certain procedures. Other companies/stores don’t have this rule. Why Pandora?

Sales clark wasn't very friendly and didn't seem to have much knowledge about the charms available.

The sales associate was very rude even though I came in knowing exactly what I needed and should have been in and out. Instead, it took me about 20 minutes when it could have been 10 minutes
