Wasn’t much sale styles in my size for bracelets Wasn’t much sale style in my size for rings Weren’t many charms I was interested in purchasing

We were returning two charms that broke. The associate told us that the replacement charms would only have a 90 day warranty rather than 1 year. We had to return another charm a couple of months ago, and the same sales associate CLEARLY EXPLAINED that we would have another year - that the clock "reset". If the charms broke once, in the span of 7 months, why would we expect them not to break again!? This is an extremely disappointing policy for expensive jewelry. I would expect the same 1 year warranty on a brand new charm.

The only thing which make me not like is staff. Store need to higher more staff to serve people.

I really liked the friendliness of the staff to help me out to choose what I was looking to purchase. But, had there been better offers, it would drag more customers who are little tight on a budget, since the quality is amazing no complaints

seem to have a good selection.

I was satisfied by the costume service as well as the crub side service. Even tho Covid does not help I still received I pretty good service.

Waiting time but not the associates fault as there was a return prior to me . To be honest almost left and came back another time but I know that this are different times an companies are cutting on labor.

It’s was great . It was my first visit to pandora. Upon using I will know how the things are in quality and it’s life .

The lady that was helping me wasn’t knowledgeable and I’m sure that she was new because she knew nothing about rings including the sizing nor the significance of putting the ring on different fingers

I put something on hold. She told me that it will be kept for 48hr when I went to the store. it was not there. I ended up buying something else
