I was welcomed and served right after I entered the store. I was planning to purchase a clip but sales suggested other kind as the clip I chose did not suit my chain. I also have difficulties choosing the color and the sales made some design for me.

I was shopping for a gift for my Wife. The salesperson, Ashley, was very knowledgeable about the charm items, and the availability of them. I was very happy with the options she offered, and I'm certain that my Wife will love it to. The experience was pleasant and the store was clean and organized.

I have been to the Pandora store at the Rideau Centre 3 times since Jan. 2018. The first time was to exchange a Pandora bracelet that I received as a gift, the second time was to buy a charm for my sister and the third time was to buy a gift for my Mom for Mother's Day. Two times I was served by the store manager Nadine and the second time was by an employee named Catherine. The service I received was absolutely exceptional - both Nadine and Catherine are extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Pandora. I will definitely be going back to this store in the near future. I must admit that each time I left the store I felt like a very special customer - I was very well served.

The jewelry I bought makes me look beautiful. I enjoy visiting Pandora.

The girls at rideau centre were incredibly helpful and knew what I was looking for when I came in with the product description. My visit at st Laurent mall Pandora 30 minutes prior was horrible. The girls there has no idea what I was talking about regarding one charm I wanted. For a second charm I described, they told me it did not exist (a dangling feather charm - I KNOW that exists). I decided to go to rideau centre immediately after because I always had a positive experience there and I thought they would know what I'm referring to. In the end, Im glad I went there because they had both charms I was looking for, in stock, and I paid and left within 10 minutes. It was perfect.
