My consultant Sydney is always so knowledgeable. I specifically seek out Sydney when I am in store to purchase, this is my first return. She is so friendly and always offers advice and recommendations on product selection.

Today, I was assisted by Sandra in the Ottawa location and she was outstanding! Everything went great, all of my questions were answered and she was lovely, patient, knowledgable and respectful (so much positivity from her). She even remembered my friend that visited previously in March! I came in with a group of 3 people and a child, we all walked out with at least 2 items. :) We all agree that Sandra made our experience way more satisfying. When my friends were paying, I was about to write a google review about my experience but as Sandra was handing the receipt to my friend, she mentioned that there was a survey and here I am. (: Thank you Pandora for having Sandra be a part of your team.

It was really easy to create a good dialogue with the sales associates. The promotions were highly satisfactory. The store is always well-staffed and they are attentive to the needs of all the customers including myself.

Sandra was amazing!!! Very nice, polite, patient and gave me an excellent service!! That I haven’t had before at this store which is why I wasn’t shopping there anymore to the bad service I experienced before.... You can tell when someone love their job ans Sandra really shows she does!! Once again excellent customer service by that nice lady which deserved to be mentioned 😉
