The sale associate was able to speak to us in our language and it’s really cool and professional. The store was really bright and clean. Finally the product they had was amazing so many choices and different colours!

I went into the store to enquirer out the end cap on my bangle as it had fallen off & I needed a replacement. The salesperson (Sydney) asked if I had a receipt & upon discovering that I hadn’t, she said she’d look after me. She replaced the end cap & then she helped me find new charms to add to my bracelet.
