Pandora offers quality items and so, what really made the difference during this visit were the staff! I interacted mostly with The Lead who was exceptional (even though they were not usually at this location)! They were friendly, funny and helpful with guiding me towards better choices for my style, and given what jewelry I already had.

Nicole helped me to balance my bracelets and find exactly what I was looking for to complete and compliment what I already had. She was able to get an idea of my taste and style and she made suggestions based on her impressions. She was not pushy about making a sale but she was enthusiastic about what I was interested in and helped me to put together my bracelets exactly to my liking.
