I had to wait an extremely long time to get helped. I wasn't even acknowledged by a sales associate until about 20 min after I had been waiting. I don't expect to be served right away when the store is busy, but at least having someone greet me and tell me someone will be with me in a moment would have been nice.

The customer service was ridiculous. Had to wait to be provided with service. As well the tone the representative spoke in was not really welcoming.

Every time I went , I don't know but somehow the assistant knew less than the manager. Every time they had to ask and get the information from the manager. And one time I have the coupon code that I have received from the survey , and I knew that this would be redeemed, but the manager said to her assistant, don't tell her(me) about the survey and and code of $10 off. I don't know when we have the opportunity and love the Pandora products then why we don't avail this opportunity as this is our Reward. Right? This is the reason for not satisfying fully. Thanks

The reason why I am dissatisfied with my experience is because I was greeted by the sales associate when she was finished serving a client before me and she asked me if there was anything she could help me with which is fine but here is where I am dissatisfied. I tell her what I was looking for and then she disappeared. To the point where two associates asked me if I have been looked after. The associate comes back to me but now she is on the phone helping someone else on the phone. She put the ring that I wanted on the counter while still being on the phone not even acknowledging me. She finally leaves the call and doesn't even apologize for disappearing on me and also being on the phone while I have to wait. I tell her that I want to see another ring she takes it out but again no customer service at all is involved at all. I do buy the two rings because I LOVE them and need them to complete an outfit. If it weren't for those two reasons I would never have bought them or give her a commission!

Sales associate was giving me dirty looks, backing away from me when I coughed giving me a dirty look, was not really willing to look for what I wanted. When I went to pay I was paying by debit, she asked me to show her government Id because my purchase was $587.60. When I asked why she was asking this she said it’s policy. I have been into this store making over $3,000 worth of purchases and was never asked to provide I’d for a debit purchase. If the manager Bonni was in I’d have gone to her. She is so very helpful and knowledgeable. I will be speaking to her about the sales associate Puja. I think what she did was disgusting and I think know I may want to just buy online.

The lady was not helpful at all. I felt uncomfortable and I felt like I was being rushed. Will not be going back to the Scarborough town centre location!!

Employee Sadabah at Scarborough town location was not helpful. She doesn’t know the meaning of customer service. She doesn’t understand the meaning of “putting yourself to customer’s shoes”. She wants me to return the entire purchase ( purchase made Dec 22, 2018- no promo) and buy the charm separately bec she claimed I cannot exchange it. And then later on her statement changes. She cannot make up her mind. She doesnt know her own exchange and return policy .She keeps going to the back and the owner cannot even come out and help customers outside. My experience today was terrible! Very bad customer service.

in Pandora, I bought 2 rings, one of them which they didn't have in stock so the sales associate recommend something else and stated that it was on sale. once I have paid and the transaction has been approved. the lady that was packing my items looked at it and stated one of the items should not be on sale. forced me to get the refund by stating "I can't leave the store without paying the full price." and I felt very uncomfortable and she has dealt the situation poorly. I did not get an apology for THEIR mistakes.

put onto the store around my lunch hr. wait for about 10 min before a sales rep. was free....but she was very friendly her name was PRIYANKA B. very informative and patient.
