I visited Pandora stc branch and every time i found the store is so hot. The store is small so it's hard to wait for my ques. The sales associates was not so helpful. I felt like they get disturbed when i asked them to show me more options.

I was not able to use my promotional $10 - the code was complete and the staff had no way of helping and would not make an exception. The staff member that was assisting to find my items to purchase - first told me there was none before actually looking, then found two and also told me they were not on sale but they were. She had to ask several people for help

The salesperson Irene seemed to be in a rush and wanted us to just pick something and leave the store. We were not given any suggestions and the Rings my friend was looking for were sold out or not in her size. This did not sit well with us as we came on the first day of the promotion to take advantage of it.

the jewellery were given in reusable little packages not boxes. the litte cardboard boxes were like chocolate boxes no use after using

The charm that I looked for was out of stock, cuz I'm in hurry to buy a gift for my niece, I eventually bought something else that I am not that fond of.

At first, I refunded the other ring I bought for my mom, and they continued to tell me to show them the same card I bought it with, when in fact i kept showing them my debit card because it was the only card I had (therefore what I must have paid with). She asked me for a whole list of my transactions from my bank account to prove that it was me and later I found out it was because they didn’t write “Apply pay” on the receipt. Later on, I went back to purchase a ring, and the sales associate told me they had the style I was looking for. I asked to see it twice and she looked at me, and said “are you going to buy it?” in a very rude tone. I said I wanted to look at the ring so I could see if it would fit and she dragged her feet over to the cabinet. After 10 minutes, she looked back at me and said they don’t have it. I felt very angry because it was clear she didn’t take me seriously simply because I was a teenager.

We had wanted to make a return to the store, but were told we could not because it was purchased at a different location. The salesperson was negligent and did not inform us about other options or even the possibility of issuing a store merchandise credit. Instead, we had to make a new purchase and will need to take the unnecessary extra trip to make the return at the other store. Truly inconvenient, dissapointing and easily avoidable if she simply informed us about the store credit.

The sales associate was rude and very unhelpful. I was looking for different rings that I could stack and she did not assist me with finding which ones looked good together even though I asked her multiple times. She was also very irritable and would get annoyed when I asked for another size or ring. Overall, the associate made my experience quite negative due to her lack of knowledge and rudeness.
