The staff was courteous. There was a wide selection of items o choose from. The atmosphere was very friendly and inviting.

There wasn't much of a choice I was looking for. The prices on the charms are a little to expensive. I love to buy more charms if we get sales coupons or discounts

I am not highly satisfied with the price I paid. I purchased over $300 worth of products with no discounts given. I believe with the amount of products I bought, I shouldve received a slight reduction of price

Upon entering the store, I was immediately acknowledged but it took some time before I was approached and offered any help.

They did not have my size in the ring

Manager was friendly and energetic. She displayed genuine care and attention to the assiciate

I was greeted once I came into the store. Someone helped me right away and I left the store with what I wanted.

The store was too cozy, I couldn't walk comfortably. If I wanted to see any product in display, there were already people standing who didn't move for 4-5 minutes. However, the staff is very friendly

sales put wrong items on special order. if would take a month to find out if we did not double check the receipt.
