the store manager said i can put my name on a list to be called when the item i want arrives in store. when it arrived, i never got a call. i went into the store by chance and the item was there.

i was not 100 percent satisfied because when i ask the lady helping me about a ring she said it wasent available. so i then went to checkout with another ring,and she came and told me she found the ring i was originally looking for. she was very kind and helpful, the only thing i had a little trouble with was that insident so all in all i was satisfied with this vist at pandora

I tried using a gift card and waa not able to use it at the store. Called original store Lime Ridge mall no answer

I went to the Pandora 40% off sale and I understand line ups come with the territory. I just disliked how narrow the store layout becomes obvious when all the customers are crowded in around the store with all the sales associates in one center circle. The center circle and cashes are very close together. Also having only two cashes during a large sale like this can get very long when the person in front of you has a very large order and exchange/refund. The receipt says no exchanges or refunds from December 26th to 28th but perhaps this should be extended.

There is something quite tacky about lining up outside the store to wait for entry to a crowded jewellery store. I understand it is the holiday season, but it does cheapen the experience. The locations should be required to have a minimum sq footage in order to have enough moving space for consumers even during high traffic occasions.

I was not highly satisfied with my visit today because the rings that I wanted were not available in store. And a ring that I needed to replaced was not available either so I left the store with my second choice set of rings and my old ring with a missing gem.

The store was too small to take a look around to see the products. I was there for the promotion so it was busy and maybe that is why the sales associate seemed tired and unfriendly at first. I could sense that and initiated a conversation first, said my name and I wished she initiated a conversation first.

The store was very busy, our sales assistant though very nice, kept talking to others while we were discussing what we were looking for. She kept apologising which made me even more upset. Then other sales agents, in the store kept asking her questions no apologies from said interrupter. So the overall experience wasn't the best but i was patient this time.
