I love Pandora products, just a little pricy. The design and quality are very good. But, there could be more reasonable prices, or more often promotions... or at least on birthdays.

Middle of the week ....midday and still had to wait for assistance

Friendly staff helped me right away to pick something out. Store was clean and the presentation of wrapping the charm was nice to see

1.There is aways room for improvement

The store didn’t have all of the Pandora Shine collection on the product launch day.

Requested for a pouch for the charms I purchased and Bonnie advised the charms come in a box and only bracelets come in a pouch. I found that this was unusual because at other locations, they give me a pouch without hesitation when I ask. I don't like the boxes as they are bulky. Also, I asked Bonnie if I'm able to use the $15 savings card from the Chinese New Year Promotion with the $10 discount from filling out the survey and she said she wasn't sure. She didn't even make an effort to ask a Manager. Very disappointing service.
