The employees we’re very willing to help and showed a great demonsration of customer and employee relationship. We had a easy time finding what we were looking for. I had bought a product a while before and they were happy to assist me with my unsatifications of the product

The associate seemed distracted/not pleased with my request to see ring sizes that were sized 3.7 online. I did not know that it was different from the in store sizes. My previous experience at the eaton centre was alot smoother and the associates were super welcoming with trying different sizes until it was a perfect fit.

Item to purchase was not available but before I go I called and staff said they have it on stock so I put it on hold. Travelled far but item is not available

Given the promotion going on this weekend, the store was very busy and had barely any room to move around. Lots of customers brought their kids and strollers into the store as well which I think during promos, should not be allowed. Its disruptive.

Staff need to be more patience instead of rushing through and keep checking the watch.

I wanted to buy the graduation scroll. But wasn't available. The store is small. Not alot of space to move around.
