I returned an item under warranty but was given a bit of a difficult time. After talking it through the manager agreed to replace the item (bent and missing stones) I also exchanged another item but the sales associate wasn’t very knowledgeable on the products. This made the interaction challenging. Eventually everything was resolved and I left with a beautiful piece! :)

The overall experience was a bit confusing and frustrating. The store way very small for such a large mall. The customer service could have been better and given the amount of people in the store.

very few sale item selection of the items on sale most were from Disney not a lot of items on sale fro a regular bracelet

Checked charms online the night before I went to the store but most of the charms I wanted are all sold out.

I love Pandora the charms are so beautiful, l love walking around the store looking at all the charms, the salesgirl are always so nice to me . The Pandora store is where I go when I'm not in a good place walking in the store make me feel happy.

In the first few minutes I was in the store, one sales associate clearly saw me but did not offer any help. This usually does not bother me as I can easily ask for help if needed, but what bugged me is she then proceeded to help two other individuals who came in after me, which perplexed me. Then, having decided what I wanted to see, I had just stood by the counter waiting for someone to notice me (this was not a busy day by any means - store was almost empty). I wasn't in a hurry today, so I didn't fight too hard to get her attention, but I also feel like I shouldn't have to as the store was pretty empty. Fortunately, a different sales associate that I have worked with in the past, then joined the floor. She noticed me standing by the counter, remembered me by name as I am a frequent customer, and offered to help right away. I made my purchase with this second sales associate and this shows how ignoring customers potentially loses the store sales, and definitely personal commissions, as mine went to the second lady. All in all, I started off mildly annoyed but left satisfied because of the second lady who was lovely.

Many of the things that I wanted to buy were sold out, the line was really long and the store was very crowded, it was hard to look around.
