I inquired about a Christianity charm and the associate showed me her angel charm and explained that it provided comfort to her when she felt down. Not only did I get the angel charm but I purchased a cross and my initials. Because of the great service my mother, who was with me, is looking forward to her present of the rose bangle charms and bracelet. Koleen T was amazing.

How the quality of the jewelry goes down is concerning. I buy Pandora as gifts to other who like it but personally I wouldn’t buy it because the colour tarnishes and it’s expensive due to its branding.

There was a promotion that if you spend over $150, you will get a free Pandora Bangle. I spend over $237.30. When I asked about the promotion the salesperson say they're out of the product. They didn't even offer nothing. She like we out of them.
