Pandora Jewelry

I noticed the Heart and Crown safety chain had been removed from the winter catalog. I figured it was another item hitting the retired Pandora list. I had been downtown to the Eaton Centre Pandora location and they had already sold out of it. I called the STC location that same day and asked an associate if they had any left. She said yes and put one aside for me until Monday and when I went to pick it up there were no hassles.

Compare to other jewellery company such as Michael Hill where I used to shop over there, Pandora give me more flexibility and more suprise especially the well design of the ring collections. I collect them over last 3 years.

The service was fast and friendly and they had what I wanted in stock

Love shopping at Pandora. Had a great experience and the sales associate was extremely helpful and patient while I decided on what to purchase. She was mindful that I didn't want to over a certain amount and helped with suggestions that stayed with the budget. Very happy.

During the promotion,There is a long line up. it should be more customer service. Further, The check is too slow. suggest pandora learn something from Apple store, to avoid the long line up. Set up the appoiment system.

There is very nice customer service. Everything is very organized. However, we strongly recommend Pandora can create an sofeware or APP which can improve the check out speed. it cause that is too waste time to count each item price one by one.
