Came in during the buy 2 get one free promotion. The store was busy but the associates were moving the line along quite well. My sales associate recommend the rose gold cleaning kit with my purchase since I was buying rose gold jewelry for the first time. When I cashed out they forgot to put in the cleaning kit but I noticed before I left the store. The manager apologized and got me one right away and checked that everything was in the box. She made sure to let the associates know that better communication was needed. I understand mistakes can happen and was very satisfied with the managers professionalism and care in resolving the problem.

The quality and unique selection are excellent compare to the other store merchandise. And I personally love collection the jewelry and had a lots of compliments on the jewelry.

I went to shop an evening before the black Friday. Though the queue was long it took my only 45 minutes. However, I selected the things I wanted to buy from home. It was quick and satisfied service.
